Privacy Policy
Codix Alerto LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled in connection with codixalerto.com and, where this policy is expressly provided with them, our applications, games, and development services.
Effective date: November 7, 2026
1. Information we collect
Information you choose to provide
When you use an available product support channel, request a consultation, or enter into a service engagement, you may provide your name, business details, contact details, project requirements, and the content of your communications. Payment or billing information is relevant only where a separate purchase or service agreement requires it. Do not provide sensitive information unless it is necessary and a suitable channel has been agreed.
Technical and usage information
Hosting and other providers may process an IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages requested, referral information, timestamps, and performance or security data. The exact information depends on the service and features used. An application's store disclosures and any product-specific privacy notice describe its own permissions and data practices.
This company website does not provide account registration, a newsletter, a contact form, or a payment checkout. Its theme does not add advertising networks or third-party analytics. The website runs on Google Blogger, which may process technical information and cookies for delivery, platform statistics, security, and abuse prevention.
2. How information is used
- To provide a requested product or agreed development service.
- To handle support questions, project discussions, and service updates through the applicable channel.
- To understand technical issues and improve functionality, reliability, and the user experience.
- To protect services and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Optional marketing or nonessential tracking, if offered by a particular service, requires the notices and choices applicable to that service. Merely visiting this website does not subscribe you to marketing.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent information you provide to us. Information may be processed by providers needed for hosting, support, or an agreed service, by advisers or authorities where legally required, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Providers may process data in other countries; applicable transfer requirements remain in force.
4. Cookies and platform services
Blogger may use cookies or similar technologies to operate its services. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking them may affect some platform features. Google's own processing is explained in Google's Privacy Policy and its information about partner sites. Any additional optional tracking introduced in a product must be disclosed there.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for its purpose, an ongoing engagement, applicable recordkeeping duties, or legal claims. Appropriate safeguards should reflect the information involved and the services used. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. The hosting provider's own security and retention practices are described in its documentation.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, including relevant European or California privacy provisions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with a supervisory authority. Legal conditions and exceptions may apply. You will not be penalized for exercising a legally protected right.
For a product-specific request, use the support or privacy mechanism provided with the relevant product or its official distribution listing, identifying the product and your request. For data held under a client engagement, use the communication channel agreed for that engagement. Requests concerning Google's independent processing should be directed to Google.
7. Policy changes
Updates will be published with a revised effective date. Any additional notice or consent required for a material change will be provided as required by law. Changes do not retroactively authorize a new use of information that legally requires consent.
8. Company information

End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is between you and Codix Alerto LLC. It applies to software, applications, and games that Codix Alerto LLC distributes with an express reference to this agreement.
Effective date: November 7, 2026
Read this agreement before installing or using a covered product. By using that product, you agree to the applicable license terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use it. Product-specific licenses, store rules, and mandatory legal rights also apply.
1. Grant of license
Subject to these terms and any applicable purchase conditions, Codix Alerto LLC grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use the covered software on devices you own or control for personal or internal business use. You may make reasonable backup copies where permitted. Any sharing or device allowances expressly granted by a distribution platform remain available.
The software is licensed, not sold. This license does not authorize redistribution, sublicensing, or making unauthorized shared copies available to other users.
2. Restrictions
You must not sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the software without authorization; remove ownership notices; introduce malicious code; bypass access controls; or use the software unlawfully. Modification, decompilation, disassembly, and reverse engineering are restricted except where applicable law, a relevant open-source license, or our written permission allows them. Those legal exceptions are not removed by this agreement.
3. Updates and maintenance
We may release improvements, corrections, or compatibility updates. Installation may be handled by your device or app store according to its settings. Updates follow this agreement unless a separate license accompanies them. A particular update schedule or support period is not promised unless stated in the product terms, a separate agreement, or required by law.
Features can depend on device capabilities, operating systems, network services, and distribution rules. Read the product's own privacy notice before enabling permissions or connected features. This EULA does not itself give permission to collect personal information.
4. Termination
You may end your use by uninstalling the software. A material breach may lead to termination of the license, subject to any legally required notice or opportunity to remedy it. When the license ends, cease unauthorized use and remove unauthorized copies. Ownership provisions, lawful limitations, and obligations intended to continue remain effective.
5. Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the software is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without additional warranties of merchantability, suitability, or uninterrupted operation. No representation is made that every product will meet every user's requirements. Nonwaivable consumer guarantees, statutory remedies, and express product commitments remain valid.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Codix Alerto LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill arising from use of the software. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Severability and other terms
If a provision cannot be enforced, it will apply only to the lawful extent, and the rest of the agreement remains effective. Third-party and open-source component licenses govern those components. Store purchase, cancellation, and refund rules apply to transactions handled by that store, alongside mandatory consumer law. This agreement does not itself create a purchase or subscription.
8. Company and product information
Licensor: Codix Alerto LLC

Terms of Service
Welcome to Codix Alerto LLC. These Terms of Service govern use of codixalerto.com and the general conditions for engaging with our software development services.
Last updated: November 7, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
Using this website signifies agreement to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using it. A written service agreement, statement of work, product license, or distribution-platform terms may impose additional conditions for a specific engagement. The terms specifically agreed for that engagement take priority over conflicting general website terms.
2. Services provided
Codix Alerto LLC provides software development services focused on mobile applications, games, web platforms, backend systems, APIs, and related product design and engineering. The scope, deliverables, schedule, pricing, support, and acceptance conditions for a client project must be set out in a separate written agreement.
General website content is informational and does not create a delivery promise or service contract. Offerings may change, and service changes must respect existing contracts and any notice required by law.
3. Intellectual property
Original website content, branding, design, and code are owned by Codix Alerto LLC or the relevant licensors. You may browse and use the site for lawful reference. Wider reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless the law allows it. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are established in the written project agreement. Pre-existing tools and third-party components retain their respective ownership and licenses.
4. User conduct
Do not use the website or services for unlawful purposes, interfere with infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, harass others, or infringe intellectual property or other rights. Restrictions on accessing or modifying software remain subject to legal exceptions and any applicable component licenses.
We may take appropriate steps to address misuse, including restricting access, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codix Alerto LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities. For a paid service covered by these general terms, aggregate liability is limited, where legally permitted, to the amount paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
These limits do not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liabilities and remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for express commitments in a written agreement and legally required guarantees, the website and general information are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. Mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
7. Applicable law and disputes
Any governing-law or venue provisions expressly agreed in a written service contract apply to that contract, subject to mandatory law. Otherwise, applicable law determines governing law and jurisdiction. These website terms do not impose arbitration or remove mandatory rights available in your place of residence.
8. Changes to these terms
Revisions will appear here with an updated date and apply prospectively. Material changes will receive any further notice or consent required by law. A website update does not unilaterally amend an existing signed service contract.
